This “Wellness Kaiseki” reinterprets the spirit of cherishing life

for the modern era. It is a new form of shojin ryori that allows you to

savor both beauty and well-being.

“Restaurant Sola,” a Michelin one-star restaurant helmed by Kosuke Nabe, offers wellness gastronomy that blends Japanese and French cuisines.

Step 1 – Submit the Online Application Form
